3. Recipients

Your data are accessible only to authorised EVORIS MKT personnel and, where necessary, to the following providers:

WordPress.com / Automattic, for hosting and the website’s technical functions; for professional messaging;
ProRealCode Marketplace, for subscription, payment, licence delivery and subscription management;

Each third-party provider processes data under its own terms when the client uses its service directly.

4. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Some technical providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, EVORIS MKT relies on an appropriate transfer mechanism, including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses where necessary.

5. Retention periods

contact requests without a contract: 24 months after the last exchange;
contractual and support data: for the duration of the contract, then for the period necessary for evidence and legal obligations;
accounting data: for the period required by applicable regulations;
marketing consent: until consent is withdrawn, or no later than 24 months without interaction;
cookie choices: 6 months.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, object to certain processing and request data portability where these rights apply. To exercise them: contact@evorismkt.com

You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority, in particular the Polish authority UODO, without prejudice to recourse to the authority in your country of residence where applicable rules so provide.

7. Security

EVORIS MKT applies proportionate technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or improper disclosure.
